- Unlimited Quantity Shipping: For those with a larger plant appetite, we offer an unlimited quantity shipping option for £9.99, catering to orders of any size and weight above 2kg.
- Free Shipping: We're excited to offer completely free shipping for all national orders (UK) over £100! This is our way of saying thank you for bringing our plants into your home.
- Dispatch and Delivery: Our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and are typically delivered within 48 hours after dispatch. Please note that our processing and packing time can vary based on the quantity and size of the plants in your order. We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the safety and health of your plants during transit.
International Shipping
Bringing the happiness of plants to an international audience is a delight for us. Here's what you can expect:
- Service Provider: We ship international orders using Royal Mail's International Tracked service.
- Delivery Timeframe: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 7 working days. However, please be aware that the actual delivery timescale may vary due to the time taken at customs for inspection and clearance.
- Customs and Inspection: While the passage through customs is beyond our control and responsibility, we are proud to say that over the past 2 years, with over 1000 international orders, our average delivery time, including to the EU, USA, Canada, and Africa, has been 4.5 days.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your plants' journey to your home.
