Directions for use:
Natural ayurvedic medicinal rare ingredients used in this oil are highly potent with strong aroma. The base carrier oil is organic cold pressed coconut oil, therefore during winter there is a chance for solidification. Mildly heat the oil before applying to your scalp and hair. Immerse the bottle halfway into lukewarm – hot water, until the oil liquefies. Gently massage into hair ensuring that entire scalp is covered. The treatment works as a natural conditioner if left on for at least 40 minutes. May also be left on overnight if desired. Once you have enough oil in your scalp, start massaging the oil into your hair which also simultaneously encourage blood flow. We recommend using it as a ‘leave-in’ hair mask for a range between 2- 8 hours. If required, we can always add aromatic essential oils to reduce the potent herbal smell. Cleanse post-treatment with a mild shampoo and warm water. Repeat minimum twice a week for best results.

Below are the few of the ingredients (not all) we have used and its benefits -
Coconut Oil – Coconut oil is the most popular oil for hair growth. The oil contains fatty acids in high quantities, which penetrate the hair follicles deeply, thus nourishing your hair from the roots. It is also a great source of vitamins and minerals that are essential for good hair health. Apart from promoting hair growth, coconut oil also keeps your hair soft and lustrous; and protects it against heat damage.
Curry Leaves - Curry leaves are a super ingredient for your hair. They are rich in essential nutrients, antioxidants and amino acids that prevent hair thinning and hair fall by strengthening hair follicles. Curry leaves are also rich in beta-carotene and proteins that stimulate hair growth. With access to a curry leaf plant nursery, we don’t shy away from using higher amounts of this super ingredient in our oil.
Neem - Neem tree is often regarded as the ‘wonder plant’ or ‘village pharmacy’ because of its extensive use in traditional medicine to treat bacterial infections and several metabolic diseases. Neem oil contains more than 300 phytochemicals and are a rich source of nutrients that nourish your hair and make them stronger and healthier.
Jamaican Black Castor Oil - Used to treat specific skin and scalp-related issues, Jamaican black castor oil is used to treat acne and dandruff. It is collected by roasting castor seeds and is better absorbed by the hair.

A 2008 study done on male albino rats showed that using Bhringraj increased the number of hair follicles and was actually more effective than Minoxidil (Regaine/Rogaine) at preventing hair loss. This study needs to be repeated in humans for it to be conclusive, though it does show high promise.
