Mother Plant

The mother plant is Anthurium Carlablackiae (Round x GPH001) x GPH001 by Grant Abadal (@Granthuriums) and Juan (@gayplantheaux).

An absolutely stunning Carlablackiae selected for its incredibly dark, velvety foliage, exceptional texture, and beautifully refined leaf shape. This plant perfectly represents the qualities that have made the GPH line one of the most desirable Carlablackiae lineages in cultivation.

Its combination of rich velvet texture, elegant form, and outstanding presence makes it one of our favourite pure Carla selections.

The pollen donor is Anthurium Peter Parker S1 by Justin Jones (@createdinagarden).

Selected from our own batch of approximately 35 Peter Parker S1 seedlings, this individual quickly established itself as one of our standout selections.

Chosen for its exceptional form, dark foliage, and premium Carlablackiae characteristics, it shares many of the same qualities we admire in the mother plant, making this pairing a natural fit.

We have already used this Peter Parker S1 in several breeding projects and continue to hold it back as one of our key breeding plants.
